Different views of refurbished fields.
A few pictures of our turf project for the US Navy at Camp Lemonier Djibouti, Africa.

High School and College Projects-

Flat, compacted fibers on a field prior to refurbishment.

Damaged and broken fibers removed from fields properly groomed and cleaned by PSFS.
A close-up picture of our S-Fill turf infill applied on a refurbished synthetic field.

S-Fill turf infill blends in extremely well with the fibers and makes a refurbished field look great!
Debris removed from fields during the PSFS regular maintenance program:
The pictures below show the metal contamination removed by our strong magnet during the cleaning process.

The next two pictures show the broken fibers, infill dust, dirt, and other debris removed from a typical field after completing the cleaning process. Each picture is a different field.
The picture above is a field with rubber iinfill built in 2003. This surface was cleaned 10 months earlier and the amount of material removed was approximately 25% more than what you see here. Yearly deep cleaning helps reduce the build up of dust and broken fibers.

The picture above is from a field that has short pile with minimum rubber infill and a pad built in 2000. This was the first time the field was deep cleaned.

The above picture shows that a little bit of infill may be removed but so is a whole lot of contaminants. Click on the picture to enlarge the view.

This picture above shows dirt, debris, and other contaminants that accumulates every year.

Above is another example of what can be removed from a synthetic turf field. Click on the picture for a close up.

Typical synthetic turf fields prior to a cleaning and maintenance procedure.
Dirt and debris can create premature wear and health issues. Flat fibers can cause unsure footing and excessive wear.
Compacted infill makes the turf harder and slower to drain.
The final result!

Once PSFS applies all the appropriate processes to your synthetic turf, the field will be remarkably improved in field safety, wear tolerance, and appearance.
Field presentation will be nearly new again and you’ll add more years of life to your investment.
