We can provide you with secure internet based document storage at a central location for everything related to your synthetic surfaces. All specifications, prints, drawings, product data, installation information, and installation test data can be filed on your own private electronic file.

You can even input weekly usage information as an activities log and have a maintenance journal kept as well. The results of every test and evaluation can be loaded on your site as it is conducted by PSFS.

CONSULTING and TECHNICAL SUPPORT

SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

New or Replacement Turf System Selection:

We will support the owner with brand and type of turf selection(s) based on current and future needs of the owner. We will also assist the owner with interviews, presentations, and proposals made by the various brands. After presentations, system evaluations will be conducted with the owner to see which best fit the owner’s needs. If requested, we can make a presentation to the appropriate board or governing committee with the selection criteria and the recommended system(s) to move forward.

Installation Monitoring:

We support the owner with quality checks of the materials delivered for installation in the turf system. Additional performance and quality checks of the installation process can be included.

     Basic Plan:

2 Site visits. A pre-installation check of materials which includes shock pad or e-layer (if part of the system), turf, and infill. A final inspection of seams, edges, inlays, and general appearance will be completed.

Six critical tests will be conducted during installation.

     Best Plan:

4 Site visits. Includes all of the Basic Plan plus 2 additional unannounced inspections of the installation as it progresses. All 4 site visits will be spread out over the period of a typical turf installation (after base completion). Review of the installation plan and schedule will be made with the installer prior to starting of the project to insure an effective inspection process.

All of the tests in the Basic Plan will be conducted plus two additional and important tests.

Testing Services-

Gmax- We use advanced test   equipment that samples the impact at 20,000 times per second.

Lead- Fiber collection for lab test or on-site wipe tests.

Many other tests available based on your needs including base, fibers, and infill.
